This document may help you to deal with some of the minor maintenance issues that can arise with any new property along with assistance on how to deal with and who may be responsible for larger problems.
These policy wordings are not active unless they are accompanied by a valid Building Period Certificate and/or Insurance Certificate which has been issued directly by Checkmate
You’ll need to complete a single Proposal Form for each development together with as many Site Information Forms as are needed for the different types of properties on that development. These PDF forms are interactive, allowing you to download the form and save it to your computer. You can then type in to the form and save it as a file name to suit you; you now simply email it back to us as an attachment.
